- Films will be viewed on April 14thstarting at 6pm
- First Place is $100 Visa Gift Card
- Winners will be determined by popular vote
RULES:
- Applicant must be a student enrolled in a Philadelphia college.
- Film should be no longer than 10 minutes (including title page and credits if you choose to include them). Do not submit works in progress. Applicant can only submit one entry.
- There is no limitation on when or where the film was produced.
- All films must now be submitted to us via mediafire.com by April 7th 2012 by 12:00pm for submissions. Applicants are free to submit any time before the above dateline.

- In the event that a submitted disc does not play in an industry‐standard DVD player, a Student Government Representative will attempt to contact the Applicant using the contact information provided on the submission form in an effort to obtain a replacement copy of the Film.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Applicant to secure clearance from the copyright holders of any copyrighted materials included within the submitted Film.
- For applicants submitting Films that contain significant non‐English spoken dialogue please consider providing on‐screen English subtitles.
